The Malayalam SuperStar Mohanlal will be working for an international film based on the life times of Nair San[1905-1990], a man of an Indian Origin a Malayalee mother and a Tamil father but who lives his most of his life in Japan and took part in the freedom struggle against Great Britain. Nair-San will be back to life on silver screen by Albert of Film and Television Institute in Chennai. Albert is one of the receivers of three Kerala State Awards.

There were rumors that Trisha being booked for the first time in a Kannada film titled “Lagori”. Trisha strongly denies about this reports and she also says that she is busy in working offers in Tamil and Telugu Films and not going to act in Kannada film. Earlier there were buzzes that Trisha will act in the Kannada film “Lagori” which is directed by the Veteran Director who gave two box office hits like “Mungaru Malea” and “Gaalipata”.
