It was finally time for getting candid with the most glamorous actress, of the Bollywood Industry and also the Bahu Rani of the Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Since days there has been a great lot of fuss, regarding the issue that Ash is all taking a lot of rest, and not getting into the films.
Ash is full of offers for films. But seems that her priorities after marriage with Abhishek Bachchan have changed a lot. She has diverted her focus on her family duties while doing very selective work.
When our correspondent, Jimpa Lakadi Bampa, she said that her attitude to her career remains unchanged. She remains the same and it is the people around her who she has become different person. They insist on portraying her the way they perceive her in their minds.
One of our reports states that she will be performing a salsa in a soap-sponsored event. One of our closest sources who are also close to her said, even about Pink Panther she wasn’t sure, with Mrs. Teji Bachchan being so critically ill. Aishwarya didn’t want any distraction from her family duties. It was Abhi who urged her to take up the offer. Now she’s ready to sign a couple of films. But she will choose very carefully.
Ash has always been very close to producer Rohan Sippy; after all it was in his sets when she was able to know about the Abhi. Since then she and Rohan have always been close. When this project with Sriram Raghavan came up, Aishwarya’s dates were a problem. Rohan flew down to Boston where she was shooting for her Pink Panther to convince her. She was very much moved, about this, and she accepted for Rohan’s film. However, she made it clear that she would like to see the script.
However, months have passed; no script has reached her because Raghavan was busy finishing Johnny Gaddar and then sorting his future projects. Raghavan’s film is crucial to Ash for after Jodhaa Akbar and Pink Panther, this would be the only film she’s signing.
