A huge amount of hoax was felt by the pilgrims of the Sabarimala, with regard to an annonymous call to the Kozhikode City Police Commissioner, from Saudi Arabia, regarding the plantation of bomb at the storage of appam and aravana, which is placed in the North Nada.
A police team rushed to the Sannidanam with its Sannidanam special officer D. Vijayan, and made a thorough checkup of the store. The Bomb squad also checked in the godowns, sopanam, nadapandal and resting places of pilgrims.
The pilgrims had to face a lot of hardship, with regard to this. Each and every person was checked and then allowed. The special officer said that, there will be thorough checking of all the pilgrims, to avoid any untoward incident at the Sannidanam.
