To be recalled that the Tollywood actress Khushboo was found guilty, for wering chappals, in front of God Almighty at the launch of the movie, Vallamai Tharayo. The case was filed by a person named Gurumoorthy, stating that it hurt the religious feeling of all the Hindus.
Khushboo who is in Goa, taking part at the IFFI, said that she respects for all religions. She is a firm believer in Almighty. Be it any form or any religion, she has never failed to show my respect to them. The actress completely denied the charges.
Madhumitha the director of Vallamai Tharayao, also spoke in defense of Khushboo. No one will hurt the sentiments of any particular community. It was a grand muhurrat and we hope the issue would be sorted out soon.
