One of the most entertaining and the super-hit movies of the year 2007, Jab We Met, saw one of the best talents of the director Imitiaz Ali. This movie had featured Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. The movie was at the top of the Box-Office and is in present too. With this continued success, Jab We Met would be soon, remade in the Southern languages also.
The movie will be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu. This linguistic remake would be done by Moserbaer. The movie’s producer Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision and Moserbaer have already decided about this and soon the pact would be soon released in all the South Indian Languages. The star cast and directors of the four versions are yet to be finalized.
The Moserbaer has also signed Priyadarshan for a film, which should roll in the early part of 2009.
