For the past two days, the Raghavendra Kalayana MadapamIt was completely filled up with teh Rajini fans. Many of his fans had crowded over ther. Some fans from Malaysiaand Japan had also come over there to have a photograph with thie idol. But some of the fans who were not able to meet their idol staged a dharna in front of the SuperStar’s house.
Rajini had met some of his fans throughout the world at the time of release of his movie Sivaji. He had then promised that he would meet all the fan club representatives, districty and Taluk wise, at regular intervals, at the Raghavendra Kalyana Madapam. With regard to thsi Rajin had asked his secretary and the President of the Rajin Fan Club, Mr. Sathynarayana, to call the Fan Club Representatives, district wise.
The fans were much happy and had also accepted the invitation from Sathyanarayana. They had a little chat with the idol. They were very much happy with the way in which Rajini called them. He called them by their name as a friend. Later, the representatives were also given the travelling remunerations and also some amount extra for their miscellaneous expenses.
But the Coimbatore fan club members had been waiting for the past 2 days, and were not able to meet Rajini. So with complete anger they went in front of Rajini’s residence at Pious Gardens, and staged Dharna. Later the police officials were called and the dharna was broken off.
