
The opposition leader and the leader of the Pakistan People’s Party has asked the current President of Pak, Gen. Parvez Musharraf, to quit his president post and ruled out serving under him in any future government after she was put under house arrest for the second time within a week.
Bhutto said that it was the time for Musharraf to leave and there are no circumstances in which she could see herself serving with President Musharraf.
She has tried for more than a year. She did her best and worked out a roadmap for democracy. But Musharraf went back on that and imposed martial law, she said referring to the Emergency imposed by Musharraf on November 3.
