It was the shooting spot of the movie, SIRF. With this movie, Rajaatesh Nayar, makes his debut in the Bollywood Industry, in the field of direction. The movie revolves around the life of four couples. Kay Kay Menon, Manisha Koirala, Sonali Kulkarni, Ranbir Shorey, Parveen Dabas, Rituparna Sengupta, Ankur Khanna and Nauheed Cyrusi are the star cast in the movie. The shot was all set to be taken, when Rajaatesh asked, Rituparna, to paste up a tight slap on the face of Manisha Koirala, for the film. Hearing this, Rituparna got into a cold feet.
She said that, she was so scared. She has grown up watching her films and admire her greatly. So how could she even think of slapping her. But Rajaatesh said that she has to do it and she must think that she is hitting her character Devika. It really took her a while to even think of doing it. Eventually when I did hit her, it was a perfect shot. She immediately went to apologize to her but she took it so sportingly. She just shrugged it off, although the slap had been a proper one. She was apprehensive for few days to come but eventually realized that she had meant it when she has said forget it.
