Ilayathalapathy Vijay is a trend setter because the thalapathi’s are flooding in Kollywood industry. There was only one thalapathy that is our Vijay but when we look Tamil cine industry now there are Purathchi Thalapathy (Vishal), Chinna Thalapathy (Bharath) and at last now Veera Thalapathy(Ritheesh). Actor Siddharth of “Boys” fame is now prefixes his name with Kadhal Thalapthy.
“Aata” the blockbuster movie in Telugu industry is dubbed in Tamil and in promos he has been called as Kadhal Thalapathy. The tamil version of Aata is titled as “Gilli Da”. Hope followed by his chocolate and loving character in films he might have given “Kadhal Thalapathy”.
