Ilayathalapathy Vijay who had a better mass in Kollywood Cinema with his stereotype movie roles making all his fans disappointing once again with his repeat scripts. What looks Vettaikaran Vijay stereotype from his previous flicks; First thing is as an actor who acts previous flicks like Villu, Kuruvi which had bitter experience never fly or falls from any height but in Vettaikaaran Vijay fell into a deep falls and escapes with a small knee wounds.
Today’s scenario of Kollywood viewers is something different they look only the actual facts and scripts after watching the movies like Subramaniapuram, Nadodigal cine audiences are clever enough to select watching movies in theatres. Ilayathalapathy Vijay who dances well and does comedy roles well is now just losing all his audiences with his mass proving roles and doesn’t concentrate much on the script rather than proving him as a mass hero. Director Babu Sivan who is an assistant of Dharani blends all the previous flicks of Vijay with Dharani and made this masala flick for Ilayathalapathy Vijay.
Ilayathalapathy Vijay portrayed as Ravi from Tuticorn whose aim is to become an IPS officer like Rajendran. A guy who is poor in studies after four attempts in plus two, Ravi heads towards Chennai with dreaming about his further graduation and aiming to become an IPS officer. Vijay fall in love with Susheela(Anushka) when he saw her first sight.
Vijay Ravi who joins College in Chennai hires auto from his classmate girls father (Manicka Vinayagam). The movie gets twists when Vijay felt that he can’t met the neighbor Devraj IPS whose home was locked for a quiet a long season. While inquiring with the neighbors of Devraj IPS they felt that he was on a mission to Delhi and will return only after six months which was not a true fact.
The story tale gets twisted when he made a combat with local rouge Chella who handles illegal business of his don father Vedanayagam (Salim Ghosh). There is no need to watch the remaining movie as usual in Vijay movies it’s predictable.
Vijay as usual dances well and fights and in an effort to become a mass hero he once again uses plenty of punch dialogues.There is nothing special about Vijay’s performance as he dances to his perfection and gives a blast of series punch dialogues. Vijay’s dancing movements in “Vettaikaaran” are stylishly made and it was a treat to the audience’s eyes. The movie plus is Vijay Antony music and once again he has given some good tracks to dance on the floor. Actress Anushka who was previously known as “Arundathi” with his dare look giving a hot cool new look in Vettaikaran. Salim Ghosh does his role well and his character portrayed in almost all the previous Tamil flicks.
For a masala entertainer there should be some elements strictly followed by the director but it was missing from Director Babu Sivan’s “Vetteaikaaran”. Sun Pictures with their big network almost showing trailers in every five minutes the movie may do business in theatres up to an extent as they made same bottom line of stories in their same banner this year.
